Sleeping Late

I slept around 4:30 am here, after I finally finished all the assignments and projects that was due this weekend in my three classes. I woke up around 10:30 am. Thanks goodness that its my day off today.

There are study presented that the amount of sleep a person gets affects his or her physical health, emotional well-being, mental abilities, productivity and performance. Recent studies associate lack of sleep with serious health problems such as an increased risk of depression, obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Experts recommend that adults get between seven and eight hours of sleep each night to maintain good health and optimum performance.

Hopefully next weekend I could be able to finish all the requirements at early time so that I will not sleep this late again
