Baked Wine Marinated Pork Ribs

Posted in ,

As I promised two days ago I have posted the finished product of my wine marinated pork ribs that I baked in the oven yesterday. Here is the result. They are so juicy and yummy as I expected.

What I did was I marinated it for 24 hours and then rubbed it with rosemary, oregano, and paprika. Don’t forget to cover the pork ribs with heavy duty foil before putting it in your oven to keep the juices in the meat. I preheated the oven to 325 degrees and then cooked the ribs for one and a half hours. After that, I removed the meat from the oven, unfolded the foil, and then returned the meat to the oven after raising the oven temperature to 375 degrees. I left the meat in the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes. This allows the ribs to turn into a little brown and cook off some of the juices. Remove the ribs from the oven and wait for 5 minutes and serve it.

Anyway, if you want you can also grill your marinated pork ribs over medium hot coals or a wood fire. But I prefer to cook it in the oven since it is juicier and very appetizing.
