Wine Marinated Pork Ribs

Last weekend we bought 6 pounds of ribs and I decided this morning to marinate it for 24 hours with white wine, that my husband bought in 2003 (it is now like a vinegar..hehehe), I also added 1 lemon, onion, and 3 garlic cloves (smashed). I also rubbed salt and ground pepper into the ribs. I mixed all the ingredients in a large stainless steel bowl and put it back in the refrigerator.

I am planning to bake the marinated pork ribs tomorrow and rub it with rosemary, oregano, and paprika. Let’s see how it will taste. The photo below is the ingredients that I used to marinate the pork ribs. I will keep you posted tomorrow for the finished product. I hope it will turn out yummy and juicy.

well, you have to let us know the outcome. i'm sure it will be very good. anything marinated turns out very good and tender. hhhhmmmmm.

well how was it? you never answered. I marinated ribs in some sangria and bbq sauce with some spices for 24 hours now. I just put them in the oven and they smell great so far. I cant wait to dig in!
