This morning, I made a simple recipe (Garlic Shrimp), way back in the Philippines we usually cooked the shrimp by just adding salt on it. This morning, I experiment a different way of cooking it by simply adding more ingredients on it. These are what you needed:3 gloves of garlic (minced), 1/3 cup olive oil (healthier), 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoon bread crumps, 1 tablespoon dried parsley, and 1 pound medium gulf shrimp.
Saute garlic in olive and peanut oil for 4 minutes. Add, salt, bread crumbs and parsley. Cook for 1 more minute. Add shelled and deveined shrimp. Cook until pink, about 1 1/2 minutes, then turn and cook 1 1/2 on the other side. Serve with bread crumb-parsley topping.
