I found new great healthy recipe that want to share with you. I called it Oriental Ground Turkey and Pasta. Here what you need, 8 oz. uncooked 100% whole wheat macaroni, 1 pound ground turkey, 1 clove garlic (minced), 2 teaspoon olive oil, 1 can (10 ½ oz.) fat free condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 cup sliced green unions, ½ cup water, ½ slivered carrots, ½ cup sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon ground ginger.
First you need to cook the macaroni whole wheat pasta. Here is the cooking direction, boil 3 quarts of water. Add 1 tablespoon of salt. Bring to a rapid boil, and then add Whole Wheat Pasta. Stir often. Cook about 10-12 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
In large skillet, cook ground turkey and garlic in olive oil until the meat is no longer pink. Add soup and the remaining ingredients. Heat it for 2 to 5 minutes. Toss ground turkey mixture with whole wheat past. This can make up to 5 serving. Enjoy eating folks!
