Finally I completed my second master’s degree last June 21 (Master of Information System with concentration in Data Administration and Management). Last April, one company offered a contract option for a Business Intelligence Analyst Position but I will need to take their 2 months BI Training using a MS SQL Server that cost around 19K I will free from having to pay the training cost as long as I will serve them for at most 18 months. Even though it requires lots of work since I need to move my current work schedule to evenings (at least 3 days a week) and work during weekends because the training schedule is from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Aside from the 2 months training, I need to have at least 90 grades during the training and pass the Microsoft Business Intelligence Certification 1 week before the training ends. It seems that I will have lots of studying for two months in order to meet their requirements. I hope I can still sleep for 7-8 hours in a night with this new schedule. The training will start this coming July 13 and 2 weeks ago they already sent me all I needed, the books, coursework and the V500 Polycom unit that I needed for the training. I installed the unit last week and I am all set up just waiting for July 13 8am orientation and class.
