For some people losing weight is not an easy process. Sometimes it became a struggle that they will do something drastic to see the instant result. Based on what I read the true secret to lose weight is to make small changes each and every day and you will not notice that you are slowly losing the extra pound that you don't need. I don’t believe that pills or those weird fitness gadgets will give instant success. Being healthy is the key, I read in The Healthy Bitch blog that she eats more fresh fruits & vegetables, whole grains, nuts and organic foods, which I think is more effective than taking dietary pills.
Exercise is also an important factor in losing weight, but how much you need differs from person to person. Walking, taking the stairs instead of the elevator and doing the household chores can burn calories are great help as well.
