My brother passed the Napolcom entrance exam last May and he is now working in his final physical agility test. This will determine whether or not he possesses the required coordination, strength and speed of movement that is necessary for the service. I hope that he will be chosen as one of the 70 applicants to proceed to the police training. To become a police officer is his dream career and I’m happy that he is almost there. I sent him a 5.11 Tactical Trainer-Mid shoes last September and he likes it a lot because of its durability. He use it as his working shoes while preparing for his physical agility test.

The final evaluation of the qualified applicants is tough they will undertake the sequential conduct of the following examinations: (1) written competitive examination, (2) physical agility test, (3) neuro-psychiatric examination, (4) complete physical, medical and dental examination, (5) character and background investigation, and (6) final interview.
