Perfect Gravy for Christmas

Remember that the key to first-rate cooking is by carefully mixing the most excellent ingredients. This Christmas I spent a great deal of time in finding the perfect Christmas turkey to roast and a perfect gravy to go with it. Some people don’t like gravy but I like to have some with my roast turkey. Having gravy to go with it makes it more delicious.

What I don’t like with the gravy that I prepared last Thanksgiving was that it was so greasy, they said that a fat separator should eliminate this problem. I noticed that my gravy was oily toward the end of my preparation, what I did was I skim off as much fat as possible with a wide-bowled spoon but still the result was not good.

I found this short gravy tips video useful in making my own gravy this Christmas, this one is so quick and easy to prepare. Before I liked to make the gravy for our roast turkey from scratch and I can tell that it is really challenging. By using the Club House Gravy mix it makes it easy for me to prepare the gravy because it provides a consistent way to deliver that flavorful gravy that I always wanted.
