Broiled Parmesan Tilapia

I usually cook the tilapia fillet by just seasoning it with a pinch of salt and pepper and drizzle it with lime juice and olive oil. Then put it in a broiler pan and cook it in the broiler for 15 minutes.

Yesterday, I tried cooking the tilapia fillet in different way. They called it Broiled Parmesan Tilapia. Here are the ingredients that I used for 3 pieces of Tilapia Fillet.

• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
• 3 tilapia fillets
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
• 3 teaspoon bread crumbs
• Olive oil


Preheat the oven broiler. In a shallow dish, combine the cheese with the paprika, bread crumbs and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and dredge in the cheese mixture. Grease a broiling pan and cover it with aluminum foil. Broil the fish for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve the fish with the lime wedges.
